Blockchain Service Statement
Huawei Cloud Blockchain Service (BCS) provides blockchain products and solutions to solve trustworthiness problems during data transfer. By using BCS, you confirm that you agree with this statement in its entirety. If you do not agree with this statement, you shall stop using BCS.
- You understand and agree that your use of BCS must comply with applicable laws and regulations. We provide you with standard services only in accordance with your instructions and are not responsible for the legal compliance of your use of BCS. If we reasonably believe that you have violated applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties when using BCS, or violated the terms of related agreements (including Site Terms, Privacy Statement, Acceptable Use Policy, HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement, and other agreements related to you on the Huawei Cloud official website) ("Prohibited Content"), we have the right to delete prohibited content, prohibit your use of related services and access to related content, or suspend services.
- Huawei Cloud shall not bear any liability for your breach of the aforesaid obligations. You shall indemnify the rights holders or Huawei Cloud against any losses incurred from your breach of aforesaid obligations.
- We are not responsible for your use of any blockchain-related software or tools that are not provided by Huawei Cloud.
- To improve the service quality and your experience, Huawei Cloud may, at its own discretion, change or upgrade BCS or any part thereof and its related functions at any time. We will notify you through the official website or other channels, or you can regularly visit the official website to check the notifications.
- You understand and agree that we may update this statement according to changes of our services and/or policies. We will publish the latest version of this statement on our website. You are therefore advised to review this statement periodically for any changes.
