Huawei Cloud Announces Plan to Accelerate Development of Brazil's Industry AI Pioneers

[Sao Paulo, Brazil, November 4, 2025] The third annual Huawei Cloud Brazil Summit, themed "Accelerating Intelligence, Pioneering Smarter Brazil", was held on November 4 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Huawei Cloud presented its technological innovations for the intelligent era and launched new cloud products and services, including the AI Token Service, AI Agent Platform Versatile and Huawei Cloud Stack 8.6.

Grown Up Locally, Embracing AI

Huawei has been deeply rooted in the Brazilian market over 27 years, and is committed to accelerating the development of local digital infrastructure. In his opening remarks, Jack Gao, CEO of Huawei Brazil, stated that with over 400 local partners, Huawei Cloud has already assisted leading customers in the public sector, as well as the finance, retail, and internet sectors to accelerate their digital and intelligent transformation.

By leveraging its well-developed local infrastructure and expert service team, Huawei Cloud is able to provide rapid, on-the-ground support for customers throughout Brazil and the rest of Latin America. Huawei Cloud has set up 5 regions in Latin America, including 1 region in Brazil which consists of 3 AZs. According to Mark Chen, the President of Huawei Cloud Latin America, Huawei Cloud's revenue in Brazil has grown by 100% year over year. Huawei Cloud aims to support local enterprises' multi-cloud strategies by drawing on its unique abilities.

Embracing the AI era, Huawei Cloud also provides end-to-end AI solutions covering platform, tools and services. Ivan Yang, CEO of Huawei Cloud Brazil, unveiled a series of new AI capabilities and services at the summit. The AI Token Service efficiently outputs AI computation results through rapid inference. Huawei Cloud Stack 8.6 upgrades its technologies across four key areas: cloud foundation, data+AI synergy, application modernization, and streamlined O&M. Versatile offers an advanced enterprise-grade AI agent development environment.
